Essential Tibet Travel Tips

Three days to a week before entering Tibet, you may consider taking anti-high-altitude reflex medication.
If you want to travel to Tibet by train, please buy train tickets in advance.
Considering that summer temperatures in Tibet often range from 8 to 20 degrees, and winter temperatures from -18 to 5 degrees, you should always pack an outerwear or down jacket for your trip to Tibet.

General China travel tips

Add family-friendly activities such as the Great Wall Toboggan, Yangshuo countryside biking, and Chinese calligraphy lesson in your trip to keep the kids entertained.
Be aware that some of the street foods may not be fresh, so don't eat it if your child has a weak stomach.
Research a little for destinations and attractions that are more accessible If you travel with the elderly.
Despite that the younger generation speaks some English, most Chinese don’t speak a foreign language, so make sure you have a local guide speaking in your language.
