Day-by-day Itinerary
- Day 1: Tianjin Port to Beijing TourTravel Back in Time to the Royal Life of the Qing Dynasty
Upon your arrival at Tianjin Port, a private Beijing driver will pick you up from the exit gate by holding a welcome board with your name (Note: If you can not arrive before 10 am, the following itinerary will be selected based on the time). Drive around 2.5 hours to Beijing City to meet the local English-speaking tour guide.
After a local Chinese-style lunch, begin your Beijing tour at Tian'anmen Square, the heart and symbol of Beijing and the largest city square in the world. Learn the fact that it has been used for many public celebrations, ceremonies, and demonstrations for over a hundred years.
Next, take a guided tour of the splendid Forbidden City, one of the largest and most completely preserved palace complexes built of wood. There were 24 emperors of the two dynasties who once lived here. Glimpse the stories behind some highlighted buildings. After the visit, get transferred to a local hotel for check-in.

Forbidden City - Day 2: Beijing to Xian Tour by Flight, Back to XianMarvel at Life-sized Clay Warriors, Each With a Different Expression
At around 5 am, our Beijing local driver will pick you up from the hotel lobby, and drive around 1 hour to the airport for your morning flight to Xian.
Upon arrival, the Xian guide and driver take you directly to explore the famous Terracotta Warriors and Horses. Known as the Eighth Wonder of the World, the Terracotta Warriors slept under the ground for 2,200 years before the accidental discovery by local farmers who were digging wells. The life-size terracotta warriors differ from one another in clothing, hairstyle, posture, and facial expression. Since its opening to the public in 1979, it has attracted millions of people from all over the world each year and has become one of the things that represent China throughout the world. We will spend 2-2.5 hours here.
Terracotta Warriors in Xian After lunch, we will drive back to Xian downtown and visit the Ancient City Wall, the largest and best-preserved ancient city wall in China that served as the military defensive system in ancient times. You can optionally choose to explore the wall on foot or ride a bike (cost on own, CNY45 p.p) to enjoy the panoramic views of the city.
Afterward, if time permits, pay a short visit to Muslim Street, a paradise for food lovers where you will find all kinds of delicious local snacks such as Biang Biang Noodle, Roujiamo (Chinese Hamburger), and Yangrou Paomo (Mutton and Bread Pieces in Soup).
After finishing your Xian tour, take a night flight back to Beijing. After landing at Beijing airport, meet the local driver at the exit of the arrival hall and be transferred to the hotel for rest.

Today is the last day of your China shore tour in Beijing. Please prepare your belongings in advance. In the morning, your guide and driver will meet you and drive about 1.5 hours to the Mutianyu Great Wall, the longest Great Wall in China boasting a remarkable length of 5,400 meters. Connected to the Juyongguan Great Wall in the west and Gubeikou in the east, it has been a military stronghold guarding Beijing since ancient times. With its dense enemy towers and charming scenery, it is the most beautiful section of the Great Wall. We will arrange for you to go up by cable car and then take a hike to enjoy the natural scenery.
Mutianyu Great Wall After a great time on the Great Wall, we will have lunch. Then your driver will transfer you to Tianjin Port. Our 3-day Beijing Xian Beijing tour from Tianjin Port will end here. Wish you a pleasant journey!
