In the morning, meet your guide and driver at the hotel lobby in the Beijing City area.
They will take you to visit Yonghe Palace first. Here two emperors of the Qing Dynasty were born. Also called the Lama Temple, it was the largest Buddhist temple in Beijing in the Mid and Late Qing Dynasty. Then, pay a visit to Guozijian, the Imperial College of the Yuan, the Ming, and the Qing Dynasties. Roam along the ancient Guozijian Street and you will get to Confucius Temple, the memorial temple for the greatest educator in Chinese history.

If you want to visit some famous attractions, our itinerary can be changed to the Forbidden City / Summer Palace / Temple of Heaven / Mutianyu Great Wall.
After lunch (included), continue to visit lovely pandas in the Panda House of Beijing Zoo. You can see adult pandas, young pandas, and panda families. At last, pay a visit to Jingshan Park which stands on the opposite street of the Forbidden City. In ancient times, the park and its ancillary buildings not only served as a royal garden for visitors, but also had multiple functions such as learning shooting, offering sacrifices to ancestors, official learning, opera and regional activities, etc. At its top, you can capture a panoramic view of the Forbidden City.

Drive to 798 Art District. This district was built on an old factory. It gradually attracted many domestic and foreign artists and developed into a cultural exhibition center. The zone was listed by Time Magazine as one of the world’s 22 most culturally symbolic art centers in 2003. Wander around to appreciate the paintings, photographs, sculptures, performance art, etc.
Peking Opera is the largest form of Chinese opera and is known as the “Opera of the East”. You can choose to enjoy a wonderful Peking Opera performance. Your private guide is very knowledgeable about Peking Opera and will explain the characters, costumes, history, and more.
Ending the Beijing day tour, you will be escorted back to the hotel.
